We ship across the EU. The available delivery countries are shown during checkout.

Shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout and are not included in the product price. Shipping is free on orders over €150.

Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, typically 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Carrier: DHL.

Returns

Consumers resident in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days from receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise it, contact us at info@smarteinprotein.com. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, within fourteen days, using the same payment method you used for the order. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. All prices are final and include statutory VAT; shipping costs are added at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
